About Me

Hello,
I am Shefali Nagdev, and I have spent a good amount of time in researching and perfecting my skills when it comes to incorporating social media websites into online marketing endeavors.

I strongly believe that social media optimization and marketing is simply the merging of social marketing, search engine marketing, and traditional media forms. With my basics well in place, I have already helped numerous people/businesses in getting the most out of their online marketing efforts.

To me, work is being a web strategist and I have been at it for more than a couple of years now. My core job involves having to help clients with plans on how they can benefit through using the social web, give recommendations and guidance when it comes to platforms they can benefit from, and optimizing content/products as per social web standards/requirements.

I am completely in awe of this emerging concept, and spend hours on networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg, and the likes, continually building upon my knowledge bank.

I have a personal life, and when asked why I continue to keep it personal, my answer is that it’s owing to the ‘personal’ that is used in the phrase. My sense of humor, I’ve been told, can be termed ‘dry’ and ‘sarcastic’; so if you ever think I’m being either of the two, humor me.
